HOW TO BECOME A MILK DONOR:
The first step is to call Mothers’ Milk Bank to apply to be a donor, at 303-869-1888 for phone screening and online questionnaire. A lab-work kit will be mailed to you, which can then be taken to The Milk Spot for a blood draw, along with your milk donation.  www.phoenixmilkspot.com for more information or for informal milk sharing contact Eats on Feets on their Facebook page. www.facebook.com/EOFArizona/
